The UK office is managed by our director Chris Carver MSc, BA, CMC. A Marketing and Strategy specialist, his experience includes senior sales and marketing positions within the automotive and building service industries. He has personally managed many consultancy assignments covering a wide range of markets such as leisure and tourism, food, automotive products, electrical engineering, IT and communications and building products.
Prior to establishing MSA he lectured on MBA programmes at both Aston and Warwick Universities and was Director of The Business Centre at UCE Birmingham, set up specifically to provide consultancy and training support to businesses in the region.
Recently, Chris has been instrumental in launching and developing SFA, our customer satisfaction survey package. This product is already achieving significant results for our clients, providing customer benchmarks and regularly monitoring performance as they embark on ‘Excellence in Quality’ programmes and ISO 9001 Certification.
In particular, Chris is delighted to have helped The Carpet Foundation achieve full approval from The OFT for their Consumer Code of Practice. MSA International designed and managed the all-important monitoring process which forms a corner-stone to final approval, just recently granted by the OFT.
