Training & Customer Care

In association with our partner, The Meetings Place, we have developed a number of courses and workshops that are delivered in-house for our clients, and are offered in half day or one day modules.

The Meetings Place was established by Melville Johnston to provide a range of management skill and customer care programmes tailored to individual business needs.

MD Melville Johnston is a chartered accountant with over twenty years commercial experience in retailing. His senior roles include Chief Executive of Halfords, WH Smith and Dollond & Aitchison.
